How to purchase Yakult Swallows Baseball Tickets

Japanese Baseball Games of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows can be purchased now from Harajuku Tourist Information Center.

Tokyo Yakult Swallows team is quite popular as they  won the Central League championship last year. Even if you are not a baseball fan, you can experience the fun of sports culture in Japan !

The games are at Meiji Jingu Stadium.

How to Access

By Subway
  • Tokyo Metro Ginza Line(G03) Gaiemmae Station: 5 minutes walk from Exit 3
  • Toei Subway Oedo Line(E25) Kokuritsu-Kyogijo Station: 12-13 minutes walk from Exit A2
By Train
  • JR Shinanomachi Station:12-13 minutes walk from Exit
  • JR Sendagaya Station:15 minutes walk from Exit

How to get your Tokyo Yakult Swallows Baseball Game tickets ?

The usual way to book a ticket is via the online box office. But, it is all in Japanese, and it is difficult for non Japanese speakers.

Therefore, We, H.I.S Harajuku, are the only official partner to book the tickets on behalf of customers who visit Japan.


Just follow the simple steps below to book your game tickets.

1.Check the dates  and competing team on the following chart




There are three different categories (Value , Basic and Premium ) based on the different competing teams and times. The prices differ according to the category.
*** Note : The Premium category indicates  the most popular games.

2.Choose your seat area preference

Although you can not choose a specific seat number, you can choose your seat area.

The right hand side is the home side (the Swallows side) and the left hand side is the visitors side.


3. Check and confirm the ticket price

Check the price of the ticket on the chart below. The seat areas are in the column on the left and the game categories are in the row on the top.

The colors indicate the seat category.



  *eg. June 3rd, Vs ORIX, Reserved Seat S ( Red) is in the Value category, and therefore will be 3900 yen per pax.
If you book the Reserved Seat S, A, or B  on the right side ( Supporting side of Tokyo Yakult Swallows) you will get a free original small umbrella!
You can use this umbrella to cheer on the Swallows!

4.Email us your booking details

  2. Seat Category (Please see the Ticket price and seat map below)
  3. Right side or Left side
  4. Family / First name
  5. Gender
  6. Nationality
  7. Local phone number in Japan (Hotel name)
  8. Number of people (Adult and Child / Infant)
We can not process your booking if your details are insufficient so be sure to fill out all the necessary information.
Besides emailing us, you can drop by our shop to book your ticket too.
It is 1 mins from JR Harajuku station, Takeshita Exit.

Our business hours are from 10:00 – 18:00 everyday.

5. We will send you your booking confirmation. 

Once we receive your booking, we will check the availability and make the reservation. Once we are done with the booking, we will send you the confirmation mail.

Usually, we will get back to you within a day. But if it is a special case, it may take up to 3/4 days to get back to you.

6. Regarding payment.

Payment is done at the ticket booth at the stadium. Make sure you bring your confirmation slip! Also, please note that they only accept cash.

*It is also important to note that we do not accept cancellations.
